Hi,
I have used Backslash Elsa in VMWare for a while and really enjoy it. Yesterday I attempted to dual boot it with my copy of Windows 10 Pro on my Dell XPS 13. I have already dual booted Ubuntu 16.04 LTS and Fedora 25 KDE with out issues. They installed and ran fine.
With Backslash Elsa, I downloaded the ISO from your site and used Rufus to create a bootable drive like I did with the other two Linux variants prior. I booted off the flash drive and it allows me to get into the desktop and live install portion, but when in the live install portion it only shows the flash drive space as possible locations for installation. I did notice in red it said that you needed to change "/boot/efi" or something along those lines, but the area to change it is greyed out even though Windows 10 Pro is running in EFI on GPT which I have read are the requirements for installing Backslash as EFI. I disabled Windows secureboot to see if that was causing the issue, but it did not see the other drives. Then I disabled UEFI to see if that would help, but again.. it did not allow me to see the other partitions. I am at a loss here as to what could be causing the issue. The funny thing is I ever went into the Backslash desktop to manipulate the unallocated 60GB of space that I got ready for the install while in Disk Management in Windows to make it ext4 to see if that was the issue, but still... no resolution to my problem. For some reason it is only seeing the 8GB of space from the flash drive itself.
