Hi,
I installed Backslash Linux yesterday on my laptop and I love it since ! I can connect to the Internet but I can't access to my local network. I have Elementary OS installed on the same computer and it works well. Do you have any idea why this does not work on Backslash Linux ? I can't see any of the PCs on the network, only "Windows Network".

It says "Unhandled error message: Failed to retrieve share list from server: Connection refused".

I did some modifications to my system and it works ! I don't really know what did the trick but here is what I did :
- change the workgroup name in "/etc/samba/smb.conf" to "MSHOME" and change it again to "WORKGROUP"
- update the firewall configurations, allowing samba and samba-client in every category.
I restart after doing all this and it works. If someone know what really worked let us know here
